Program
The diffusion accessiblity program runs on Linux and can be downloaded here.
The file is a tar.gz file that can be decompressed using:
gunzip diff_acc.tar.gz
tar -xf diff_acc.tar
The package consists of:
- diff_acc: executable for Linux
- diff_acc.doc: documentation file
- parse.dat: Ezprot format atom parameter file
- ezprotstartup.csh: Ezprot startup script in C shell
- ezprotstartup.sh: Ezprot startup script in bourne shell
- README file
