Diffusion Accessibility

The diffusion accessibility calculation determines regions of concavity and possible binding sites.

The "Calculation" section of this website runs the diffusion accessibility program on an uploaded PDB file.

The "DINO Script" section of this website will generate a script to be used with DINO to visualize the molecular surface.

For the analysis of large proteins, it is recommended that the diffusion accessibility program be downloaded and run on a local machine. The program is available in the "Download" section.
