SER Help: Protein or DNA Sequence

Help Topics:
Paste your amino acid or nucleotide sequence in this box. All suprious characters such as digits and punctuation marks will be automatically stripped out so there is no need to remove them manually. A sequence containing only A, C, T and G's will be considered to be a nucelotide sequence and automatically translated; the original nucleotide sequence is retained and displayed for your reference. All other sequences are presumed to be amini acid sequences.

For your convenience, you may specify an the sequence starting position. If you are submitting part of a sequence for analysis, for example a segment starting at residue 56, enter "56" in the Starting Position parameter. Residue numbering in the results will correpond to the original residue numbering of the entire sequence.
