This form allows the submission of multiple sequences to the SERp server.
Your may reference one of your existing jobs to use custom processing parameters.
Otherwise, default parameters will be used.
Please upload your sequences (residue or nucleotide) in FASTA format.
For sequences starting with residue or nucleotide other than 1, the starting position
can be specified at the end of sequence identifier preceeded by a '@'
(example: > My Protein @61).
Either upload a FASTA file or paste its contents into the field provided below.
NOTE: Due to limited computational resources, there currently is a limit of 50 sequences per user per day.
